Return and Exchange Policy

Initiating an Exchange: Should you wish to exchange an item, please send a WhatsApp message to our customer service team at +91 77269-15904 within 5 days of receipt. No requests will be entertained on any other platform.
Hygiene and Quality Standards: Every exchange undergoes a quality check. Requests may be declined if:
  • The item has been used.
  • The item is damaged upon return.

Shipping for Exchanges: Our delivery partner will collect the package from your doorstep. Please ensure that the item is packed securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges will be borne by THRD in the following cases:
  • Manufacturing Defect: If the item has a manufacturing defect.
  • Size Issue: If there is a discrepancy with the size as per THRD's size chart. Our team may request fitting photos to evaluate the issue.
In all other cases, customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items for an exchange.

Processing Exchanges: After receiving the returned item, we will proceed with the exchange process, which can take between 7-10 business days.

Received a Defective Product? If you believe you've received a defective item, please send us images on WhatsApp at +91 77269-15904, and our team will respond within 24 hours.

Exchange Limitations: Please note that an item can only be exchanged once for size. While we strive to accommodate all exchange requests, we cannot guarantee size availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we will grant you store credit.

Store Credit Details:
  • Store credit will be issued in cases where the desired exchange size is unavailable.
  • The credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • If a return is approved, the refund will be in the form of store credit.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation: We can only cancel the order till end-of-day. After that, order cancellation would not be possible.

Refund: We do not offer cash refunds on any orders.
